As with all financial transactions, please exercise discretion when using an Automatic Teller Machine. For you own safety, be careful. The following suggestions may be helpful.

• Protect the secrecy of your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Do not tell anyone your PIN. Do not use birth dates or part of your social security number. Memorize your code. Do not keep a note of your PIN in your wallet or purse.
• Have your ATM card ready when you approach the ATM.
• Do not lend your ATM card to anyone.
• If you lose your ATM card or if it is stolen, promptly notify us. You will be issued a new card.

• Do not accept assistance from anyone you do not know when using an ATM. If someone approaches you and demands your money, do not resist. Try to remember everything you can about the incident and call the police immediately.
• Prepare for ATM transactions at home (for instance, by filling out a deposit slip) to minimize your time at the ATM.
• Wait until you are at home or in other secure surroundings to count your money. At a drive-up ATM, make sure all the car doors are locked, windows up and keep the engine running and remain alert to your surroundings.
• Be aware of your surroundings. If you see suspicious people in the area, cancel your transaction and go to another ATM.
• If an ATM is hidden from view or poorly lit, go to another ATM.
