TELEPHONE BANKING ACCESS LINE SELECTIONS
To get set-up on the Telephone Banking Access Line, Jackson County residents please call (228) 934-1234 and George County residents please call (601) 947-1232 and press "0" to speak to a Customer Service Representative. They will establish your temporary 4-digit Personal ID Number (PIN), which is required to use the Access Line.
HOW TO USE THE TELEPHONE BANKING ACCESS LINE:
Jackson County residents please call (228) 934-1234 and George County residents please call (601) 947-1232, from any touch-tone phone, and our automated voice response system will greet you and prompt you through the process step-by-step. The available information is since your last statement.
For Account Information (Press 1), to report a Lost or Stolen Bankcard (Press 6).
You will then be asked to enter your account number, followed by the # sign. (Enter the account number that you wish to access).
If the account you entered is a Checking Account (Press 1), Savings Account (Press 2), Certificate of Deposit (Press 3), Loan (Press 4). To return to the Previous Menu (Press 9).
You will then be asked to enter your 4-digit Personal ID Number, (PIN)* followed by the # sign. Your accounts will then be accessed.
*Note that this PIN is not the same as your ATM PIN.
Account Inquiry Information:
The following information is available, depending on which account you accessed:
Checking Account Selection:
Current Balance and Last Deposit (Press 1)
Review Transactions or Receive a Fax (Press 2)*
Other Checking Account Functions (Press 5)**
Inquire Into Other Accounts or to Change Your PIN (Press 9)***
- *If you access Review Transactions under Checking, you have the following options:
Most Recent Checks (Press 1)
Most Recent Deposits (Press 2)
All Transactions (Press 3)
Receive a Fax of Account Statement (Press 4)
Pending Transactions that will Post (Press 5)
Specific Check (Press 6)
Return to Checking Menu (Press 9)
- **If you access Other Checking Functions under Checking, you have the following options:
Interest Information (Press 1)
Reserve Checking Account (Press 2)
Return to Previous Menu (Press 9)

Changing Your PIN:
If you wish to Change your PIN, after you have entered your new PIN, the automated system will repeat the number entered. You then have the following options:
If Correct (Press 1)
Reenter New PIN (Press 2)
Cancel Change (Press 9)
Leaving a Message:
If you wish to leave a message, when prompted by the automated system leave a message after the tone. When you have completed the message press the # sign.
Receiving a Fax:
If you wish to receive a fax of your most recent bank statement, please enter your fax number, including the area code, and then return to the main menu.
*Note that if you hang up before returning to the main menu, the fax will not be able to be sent.
